We will popularize our event by advertising it in local newspapers. We will also send direct fliers to local companies and have business cards on standby. Our main target is the local vendor. However, we will also encourage attendance from any potential clients from the public. The maximum guest list is 100.

Social Media Marketing Plan
We will use our Facebook and Twitter Pages to promote the event and update potential attendees about the event. Facebook will also enable us to interact and answer questions from potential clients. Additionally, twitter will be used to keep in touch with vendors and venues.

We will use Instagram to advertise our current and yet to be launched projects. Our potential clients will have a clear idea of how their weddings will look like from the photos and captions posted on our Instagram page.
